Negligent Driving

Negligent Driving in the first degree occurs if a person drives a vehicle in a way that is negligent and endangers or is likely to endanger a person or property and the driver exhibits the effects of having consumed alcohol or an illegal drug. Sometimes a DUI charge will be amended or reduced to a Negligent Driving charge. Negligent Driving in the second degree happens when one operates a vehicle in a way that is negligent and endangers or is likely to endanger person or property but that does not amount to circumstances of Negligent Driving in the first degree. The Law offices of Deborah Alexander Attorney at Law PLLC represents those accused of DUI and negligent driving.
