Robbery

Robbery in the first degree occurs when a person commits a robbery and is armed with a deadly weapon or displays an object that appears to be a deadly weapon or firearm, or during the commission of a robbery, the person inflicts bodily injury to another. Robbery in the first degree is a class A felony.
